Learn Quran AI
Terms of Use
These terms explain the rules for using Learn Quran AI on iOS, Android, and this website.
Effective: September 9, 2026
1. Using the app
You may explore available lessons, Quran content, selectors, and on-device recording tools as a guest. An account is required when you submit audio for AI analysis, purchase or use AI Credits, or access account-linked reports and balances.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in method secure, and use the service lawfully. Supported sign-in methods may include email and password, Google, and Sign in with Apple on iOS.
2. AI audio analysis
When you choose to submit a recitation, the service processes the audio to generate educational feedback. Do not submit audio you do not have permission to use. Results are estimates and may vary with accent, recording quality, connectivity, and model behavior.
3. AI Credits and Store purchases
- AI Credits pay for eligible AI processing. The app shows an estimate before submission; the final charge may follow the completed processing record.
- Credits are isolated by Store platform and environment. Credits purchased through Apple for iOS cannot be used on Android, and credits purchased through Google Play for Android cannot be used on iOS.
- Sandbox, internal-testing, and TestFlight balances are separate from public, real-money production balances and have no cash value.
- Each eligible Store transaction is verified and can fund the ledger only once. Restoring a purchase restores only a valid transaction in the matching account, platform, and environment.
- If no usable Credits remain, you cannot submit audio for AI analysis. Failed terminal processing should release a reservation or return the applicable Credits according to the processing record.
Apple App Store and Google Play govern billing, cancellations, taxes, and refund eligibility. Request a purchase refund through the Store that processed the transaction. We cannot move purchases between Stores or testing and production environments.
4. Accounts and security
Credits, reports, and provider identities are linked to your account. We may delay or reject sign-in, purchases, restores, or submissions that fail security checks, appear duplicated, or indicate abuse. You may not forge receipts, automate excessive requests, bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, or resell access.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular AI outcome. Features and prices may change prospectively. If a material terms change affects you, we will provide notice appropriate to the change.
6. Ownership
The app, its original interface, software, and feedback presentation belong to Learn Quran or its licensors. Quran text, translations, fonts, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective rights. These terms do not grant ownership of third-party content.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or close an account for material violations, fraud, security risk, or legal requirements. Terms that by nature survive termination—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.
8. Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
